GBS Remote Support
When prompted by GBS support personel please use the GBS remote support application to connect a support person to your PC or Laptop to help diagnose the problem.

When prompted choose Run:

Then choose Run again:

This should pop-up the GBS remote support application, first choose the support person you want to connect to, then click the "Connect to Helpdesk" button:
