It’s been an unusual and busy year; we’ve helped a lot of customers get setup to continue working effectively from home. Whether that was through remote access for employees or a new telephone system.

CDR-View from Wildix Collaboration made analysing our calls really simple. Also, it was fascinating to see how our incoming calls spiked when the country first went into lockdown. With CDR-View you can apply various filters and view the information in different charts or in a table. If your phone system isn’t giving you the ability to check your call analytics then make 2021 the year you swap! After all, monitoring and analysis is required to help your company move forward and grow.
